Ordering at Guilly
Have you found a Guilly item you really must have? Beautiful!
Select your color and/or size and click “Add to Cart.”
You can continue shopping or return to your shopping cart anytime by clicking the shopping bag icon at the top right.
⚠️ Please note: Items in your shopping cart are not reserved until you complete checkout.
When you’re ready, click the shopping bag icon to review your items. You can update quantities if needed, then click “Proceed to Checkout.” On the checkout page, fill in your details and complete your order.
Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be changed.
Shipping & Delivery
1. What are the shipping costs?
Guilly covers standard shipping costs on all U.S. orders. You never pay for shipping.*
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Can I track my delivery?
Yes! All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery status.
Please note it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
3. What are the delivery times?
Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM EST are processed the same day whenever possible. Average delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on product availability and your location.
4. I’m not home during delivery—what happens?
If you’re not home, your package may be left in a secure location (porch, mailbox, building mailroom) or held at a nearby carrier facility (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for pickup. You’ll receive a notification from the carrier with details.
5. Wrong address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Because we process orders quickly, there’s only a small window for corrections. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at info@guillyunderwear.com.
6. Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly. After 14 days from the listed delivery date, we can request an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated on the outcome.
