How can I pay in the webshop?
We offer several payment methods
Guilly offers you the following payment options in the webshop:

How can I pay by credit card?
You can pay for your order in the webshop with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. When you choose this payment method, enter your credit card number, the exact name on the card, the expiration date and the 3-digit CVC code (the last three digits on the back of your card) on the payment page.
To protect your information, it is sent fully encrypted via SSL servers and is therefore secured against access by third parties. Your credit card payment is authorized at the time of your order. In some cases, the cardholder may be contacted to prevent fraud.
The amount is only charged after the order has been delivered. If it is not possible to deliver the entire order, only the amount for the part of the order that was actually delivered will be charged.
How can I pay with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay?
Choose your preferred payment method on the secure checkout page and follow the steps. You will then see a confirmation of your order in our webshop.

Is shopping at guilly.nl safe?
Shopping at Guilly is very safe. To protect your information, it is sent fully encrypted via SSL servers and is therefore secured against access by third parties. This means your personal information is encrypted and cannot be viewed by others.
We comply with all privacy laws and all other legal requirements.
And we never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
Ordering
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Every completed order is confirmed by email with an order confirmation.
What can I do if I run into problems while paying?
If you are unable to proceed to payment even though you have already placed the product in your cart and created an account, we recommend clearing your browser history (see the top right of your internet browser, history, clear history). After that, you can add the product to your cart again and proceed to payment.
Can I cancel an order?
This is only possible by emailing info@guillyunderwear.com before 5:00 p.m. (CET) on the same day you placed the order, stating your name, order number and order date. Your order may already be in process; in that case, you can only cancel the order by returning the package.
Service & Warranty
If the product has a defect that was not visible at the time of purchase, you must notify us within a reasonable period after discovering the defect. If, in the opinion of Guilly, the product is indeed defective (not due to normal wear and tear, improper use and/or lack of maintenance), Guilly will repair or replace the product within a reasonable period to be specified by Guilly. During this repair, you are not entitled to a replacement product or any form of compensation. If, in the opinion of Guilly, repair is not possible, or cannot reasonably be expected of Guilly given the cost of the repair, Guilly will offer a comparable replacement product. If this is not possible, we will refund the purchase price.
If the instructions given by Guilly are not followed, or if you have used the product incorrectly or have not maintained the product, you are not entitled to any form of repair, replacement or compensation. The right to invoke any form of warranty also lapses if the product has been altered.
The manufacturer's warranty does not affect the statutory warranty to which the consumer is entitled. Statutory warranty means that a product must do what the consumer may reasonably expect of it.
