Doesn't the size fit, or aren't you completely satisfied? Contact us at info@guillyunderwear.com. We always start by looking for a suitable solution together with you, such as a different size or a different style. If we can't work it out together, we'll discuss another solution.
Did you receive the wrong item, or is the item defective? Email us at info@guillyunderwear.com in that case too, and we'll sort it out together.
How it works
Step 1: Get in touch using the contact form below or at info@guillyunderwear.com. Include your order number, email address and the reason. A photo of the product helps us help you faster.
Step 2: Together we choose the best solution. If you need to send something back, we'll provide the return address.
Step 3: Send the package securely packed, with a tracking number. As the sender, you are responsible for the package while it is in transit.
Good to know
- Returns can only be sent to our address in the Netherlands. Returning to another country is not possible.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Your statutory rights remain fully in effect; see articles 6 through 8 of our terms and conditions.
