  All Guilly employees are excluded from participating;

  Participation in the giveaway is free of charge for customers;

  The start and end dates are always stated in the social media post;

  Participants who abuse the giveaway may be excluded from participating;

  The winner of the giveaway is chosen through an impartial random drawing;

  The winners of all giveaways are notified personally via the social media channel on which the giveaway took place; Guilly is authorized to exclude participants in case of suspected fraud or unlawful participation;

  Participants who have not won a prize will not be notified;

  Prizes cannot be exchanged for another product or for cash;

  No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results of the giveaways;

  Discounts are not applied retroactively to promotions;

  All items come with a 2-month warranty period.
